Unfortunately that's not the way it works. I'm not going to report you but it does very clearly say in the user agreement:
"
This is a place to share your own original works, not to post your favorite Eminem songs or the song your friend asked you to upload"
and it says many times NOT to upload a song just for geometry dash.

On a different note, tell your friend to get a newgrounds account and start uploading! its not that bad (but unfortunately I'm still going to rate low)

Very cacophonous. The keys were off and the tracks rarely go together.
